Thomson Tax/Acc’ting Revs Rise 7%

 Revenue for Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting Professionals increased by 7 percent for the third quarter ended September 30. The total was up 8 percent in constant currency and 12 percent organically, driven by Latin American sales, the company said this month

Sales reached $203 million for the most recently ended quarter, up from $190 million a year earlier. Adjust EBITDA hit $64 million, an increase of 8 percent, 10 percent in constant currency.

Latin American operations drove organic growth with recurring revenue rising by 2 percent, 9 percent organically. The company’s acquired Confirmation and SurePrep operations push up transactions revenue by 39 percent..

Company revenue rose by 1 percent to $1.59 billion from $1.57 billion in year’s corresponding period.
