Accounting and consulting firm Dean Dorton has acquired ERP software reseller DeRosa Mangold Consulting. Terms were not disclosed.DeRosa Mangold, who founded his firm in July1999, has become software services director at Dean Dorton. It carries Sage 100 and Intacct and was named to Bob Scott’s VAR Stars for 2023 with 10 employees and $2.8 million in revenue.
Dean Dorton, which placed No. 58 on Bob Scott’s Top 100 VARs with $18.3 million in revenue. The firm sells Dynamics BC and GP and QuickBooks Online.
