Zoho Introduces Commerce Plus

Ecommerce mobile handZoho has introduced Commerce Plus, a new ecommerce platform, from the onlinr software vendor. The product was in traduced at this week’s Zoholics Austin conference. Commerce Plus is built on top of Zoho One, the company’s suite of business applications.

 

Offering built-in templates, Commerce Plus enables users to sell across all channels—their own e-commerce stories,brick-and-mortar storefronts, and other channels. Businesses are able to maintain a single inventory across all channels.

Integrated with Zoho's Customer Experience platform, Commerce Plus can be used to personalize experiences for each visitor, including on whether they are new, returning or high-valued. Customized journeys can also be built based on customer's stage in the process—including journeys for visitors with abandoned carts

The platform inherits omni-channel communication from the customer experience platform. This enables g context-aware dialogue with prospects and customers via al communication methods. Order management, fulfillment tools, shipping, labels, notifications, inventory management are warehouse management  are included out-of-the-box with the Commerce Plus platform. The system also integrates with more than 40 global shipping providers.

All sales orders, purchases, expenses, and other transactions, including deposits to business bank accounts, are integrated the Zoho accounting system.

The company is launching Concierge, a jumpstart service. Organizations can set up and configure a commerce business for $1,000. Zoho is also establishing its own store on the Commerce Plus platform, so customers purchase Zoho merchandise. Pricing starts at $20 per month for creating an online store. Licensing of the entire Commerce plus is $100 per month, along with $30 per employee or $75 per user.
