ADP Enhances DataCloud

Automatic Data Processing has enhanced the ADP DataCloud, its workforce analytics platform. The payroll services company said this month improvements include an improved user experience.

ADP says the DataCloud now features more relevant job-matching that “extends to over 27 unique industry models and deepens job understanding down to the skill level.” Managers can pull skill sets for a job-posting from previous ADP hires and anonymized employee data.

The company also outlined features it said will soon be introduced. Among these is data mashup, via which users can import business data into the DataCloud and overlay that data over existing HCM metrics. Users additionally will have the ability to export metrics to multiple business intelligence systems via connectors.

Another coming feature, the Storyboard experience, will combine machine learning and predictive analytics, along with in-line expert advice and will provide narratives about HR challenges.

ADP is also extending its HR and compensation benchmarks to give a view of compensation for up to 150 million working people while insights built into the workforce management platform are designed to enable managers to identify factors that put the organization at risk.
