Intuit to Test ProAdvisor, Client Matches

Intuit logoMOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - Intuit plans to test an online serving that would match prospects clients with QuickBooks ProAdvisors this summer. The company did not offer details, but said it would available as a test to a portion of its ProAdvisors and was part of a series of enhancements made to the ProAdvisor program.

Among the other changes are the ability of all Certified and non-certified ProAdvisors to access Intuit ProLine Web Listings. This features  automatically publishes a ProAdvisor’s profile to more than 90 high-traffic websites, including Google Maps, Yahoo Local and Yellowpages.com. Certified ProAdvisors have their certified badges displayed with their profiles. This is a 90-day free trial with the regular cost $9.99 per month. The offer expires after June 30.

Non-certified ProAdvisors can also now go directly to the certification exam without going through up to 20 hours of training. Those who pass are entitled to receive the QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor logo a Find-a-ProAdvisor profile can be optimized for search.
