Phillip D. Zlokas has been promoted to tax partner of H2R CPA, a firm based in Pittsburgh, Pa.Zlokas, who has been with H2R since February 2018, via the firm’s merger with Sobol Veltum & Associates. Since then, he has served as tax manager and later tax director. In his new role, Zlokas joins two other tax partners, Paul Rudoy, CPA/PFS and Lucas Rihely, CPA.
He worked as an accountant at Sobol Veltum from December 2012 through February 2018 and before that he was a staff accountant for Kline, Keppel & Koryak for three years seven months.
