CPA Bound Program Relaunched

School books The CPA Bound program, which is designed to increase the number of Black CPA candidates and CPAs has been revamped. The program was relaunched by NABA and Becker, which provides the CPA exam review for the program.

NABA is a nonprofit membership organization whose aim is to increase opportunities for Black professionals. The organization, which launched its first CPA Bound program in 2007, says the program has helped more than 400 Black business leaders achieve their professional goals.

With Becker the exclusive review provider, the program offers preparation with discounted access to exam review training, CPA requirement information, study materials, and scholarship opportunities and mentorship and community by connecting CPA candidates through study groups and, webinars. There is also one-to-one coaching and mentoring in academic workshops with a Becker instructor.

Financial support is also available through scholarships preparation courses, credit hour requirements, study materials and exam reimbursement. In addition,  CPA Bound supports current CPAs in maintaining their license.
