Before joining the accounting firm, Schultz worked at Advantage Sales & Marketing where she was division controller from October 2007 through January 2011 and director of finance from January 2011 through June 2014.

As manager of financial reporting for Turner Broadcasting from November 2005 through June 2007, she managed the more than $2.5 billion ad sales revenue budget for all entertainment, animation and news cable television networks including TBS, TNT, CNN, HLN and The Cartoon Network
