Avalara trains Avi on its knowledge base and the chatbot constantly learns from its experiences, which Avalara said enables Avi to provide faster answers to product questions, assist in troubleshooting common issues, and offer direction to additional resources.
Avalara said additional new AI-driven products will be available soon.
