Avalara has introduced an application that helps businesses create, send and track sales tax exemption documents at the time of purchase. The application automates the process of finding, verifying, storing, tracking and understanding the requirements for exemption certificates on tax-exempt purchases and can provide exemption certificates before or at the time of purchase.
The system also offers centralized storage of certificate and works with Avalara CertCapture to manage incoming and outgoing tax exemption documents.
