WASHINGTON — The Internal Revenue Service has extended a program that simplifies the recordkeeping burden for reporting tip income in the food and beverage industry for two more years.

Infor, a company with a broad portfolio or financial software packages, has hired Taylor Macdonald as VP worldwide channels. The company said this was part of a new strategy for its channel program and follows a more aggressive advertising campaign on the part of Infor, a privately held company with sales estimated at about $2.8 billion.
