Frazier & Deeter Promotes Five

Frazier & Deeter has named five members of the firm as partners—three of these in the United States and two in the United Kingdom.

There are two new partners in the U.S. Advisory Practice Kelli Gillis and James Douglas, while Ashley Rowlandhas become a partner in the U.S. Tax Practice, Jonathan Clark and Jaydeep Menon has become partners in the U.K. Tax Practice has two new members, 

Gillis, who joined the firm in 2001, spent nearly four years at BDO USA, where she was national senior manager and then national assurance director of quality control.  She also spent three years six months at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. With an extensive background in PCAOB standards and SEC requirements, Gillis specializes in internal controls, compliance, risk mitigation and process

Douglas, who joined the firm in August and has served as a tax associate and then tax manager, leads FD’s CFO Advisory service line and specializes in transaction readiness, finance transformation, business & financial process improvement and planning & execution for emerging areas such as ESG compliance

He spent four years at Kabbage, (acquired by American Express), where he held the positions of CFO chief accounting officer and controller. Previously, he served large, highly acquisitive multinational public companies in the Audit Practice at Ernst &Young, where he worked for 14 years.

Rowland, who joined the company in July 2012, focuses on large private and public corporations, multi-tiered and multistate passthrough entities and high-net-worth individuals.

Tax partner Clark has been with the firm since January 2020. Before that, he spent seven years five months with Ernst & Young where he was a senior manager in tax.

He addresses the international complexities of moving and expanding overseas, primarily working with multinational corporations.

Manon serves as National Office Leader for FD's India operations and has been with FD since December 2019, serving as a transfer pricing, senior manager for slightly more than two years. Before that, he spent 14 months as a pricing manager at KPMG and was an associate director with PricewaterhouseCoopers for two years two months.

Manon’s expertise includes global expansion planning, operating model structuring, benchmarking, value chain analysis and transfer pricing compliance.
