Sage has introduced a nonprofit package for its online Live platform. The new product, Sage Live Nonprofit, has been launched on the Salesforce AppExchange.The new module will integrate with the Salesforce Nonprofit Starter Pack and is available in the United States and United Kingdom with introduction into other countries to follow.

The cloud-based Sage Live line is generally described as being particularly designed for mobile use. The new product offers reporting, accounting and fund management capabilities.

Through the Sage Foundation, eligible nonprofits organizations will be able to sign up for two free Sage Live user licenses, with 50 percent off the price of additional licenses.

The software company also announced a direct link between its X3 financial software and Salesforce with the accounting-to-CRM link occurring in real time. The connector integrates CRM and financial transaction data.

The Sage X3 CRM connector and Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack are currently available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
