In the case of both Reidy and Butler, their total compensation rose despite the drop in value of stock and option awards received for fiscal 2010. Butler received $3.16 million from those two sources in the last fiscal year, compared to $3.64 million in 2009. Both benefited from increases in the non-equity incentive compensation plan, as did three division presidents who also saw their retirement funds increase sharply. Butler got $2.02 million from that category last year, up 56 percent from $1.3 million the prior year. Reidy's take from the non-equity plan was $557,900 in 2010, up 61 percent from $346,600 in 2009.
Division president Regina Lee received $2.21 million in total compensation in 2010, compared to $1.34 million in 2009. Another division president, Carlos Rodriguez, had $2.07 million in total pay in the most recently ended fiscal year, which was an increase from $1.29 million for fiscal 2009. A third division president, Campbell Langdon, received $1.98 million in fiscal 2010. During the year, his position was eliminated and his duties placed under Lee.
