Fortune Names Intuit, 'Most Admired,' Again

For the fifth consecutive year, Intuit has ranked as the No. 1 Most Admired Software Company on Fortune magazine’s annual Most Admired Companies list. This year Fortune combined its America’s Most Admired and World’s Most Admired lists.

The Fortune article title sums up nicely the value of this recognition: “A powerful asset: In a season of global economic turmoil, admiration is in short supply. That's why a stellar reputation is more valuable than ever.”

According to Intuit chief executive Brad Smith, “There is no higher praise than the respect of colleagues and competitors. Even in difficult times, our goal remains unchanged – to be an innovative growth company that empowers consumers, small businesses, and accounting professionals to achieve their dream. Staying committed to that goal will help ensure that we continue to stand out in our industry.”
