Iris Software Group, which owns AccountantsWorld and other practice software packages, has acquired Paycheck Plus. Terms were not disclosed for the purchase of the company which handles payrolls for Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Iris acquired Hauppauge, N.Y.-based AccountantsWorld in 2021. Iris acquired Practice Engine and Star Practice Management in 2019.
During announcement says that “Paycheck Plus provides a highly credible anchor point for IRIS’ customers, especially those from North America looking to enter the EU market.” Iris says the acquired product is ISAE 3402 accredited, meaning its meets international standards for outsourcing.
Iris now owns several HR, payroll, and accounting products for accounting firms and for small businesses. The latest announcement. Noted the company’s plans to continue expansion in the British Isles, Europe and North America.
