CoralTree has launched an all-in-one product, Basil, that encompasses accounting and business office features designed for accountants and small business owners.
Priced at $30 per month, the cloud software, which can be branded with a firm’s logos and colors, features a client portal that emails links directly to clients for file storage and collaboration with clients.
Users can track tasks and projects through a workflow tool that automatically remind clients about incomplete tasks while also tracking billable hours. They can electronically sign unlimited documents with eSignatures and KBA.
The software provides chat accessible by teams, members and clients and a centralized CRM database for storing all client information. Accountants can sync their Gmail and Outlook email accounts with Basil's practice management software and have the ability to create customized email templates.
The system includes a calendar and the ability create custom forms for gathering client information.
