The tools include a centralized location for employer access to records, schedules, and totals. Self-service tools provide employees with direct access to their time entry, schedules, total hours. The application also gives employees the ability to enter time, approve timecards, view schedules, request and approve time off, and clock in/clock out via smartphone. Time & Attendance is integrated with ADP Run, the company's small business payroll system.
There are 50 standard reports and views for monitoring information, such as real-time-hour totals, overtime, timecard exceptions, payroll details and total paid hours. There are also feature auto punch-out, automatic lunch deductions and enhanced daily timecard totals that include regular, overtime and double-time.
