AccuFund Intros New Version

AccuFund has introduced V.6.02 of the AccuFund Accounting Suite, available both on-premise and in the cloud. New tools include AccuBot, which can automate several steps within the nonprofit suite.

AccuBot can notify users when specific tasks are done, thresholds are met, or actions are completed, as automatically create an invoice when a task/work order is completed. Also new is Business Rules, which can be used to tailor the software  to an organization’s business processes, internal controls, and workflow of business offices and accounting departments. 

Also new is the Programs Modules,which creates a depository for non-accounting information within AccuFund. It additionally enables tracking of key information such as important dates, tasks, documents, billing rules, and other non-accounting information. 

Another feature, AccuFund Leave Management, lets employees request leave, assets, or other resources defined by their organization with requests automatically routed to approvers.

 New features and enhancements have been made to the following modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, Client Accounting, Employee Portal, Financial Reports, General Ledger, Grants, Human Resources, Payment Portal, Payroll, Representative Payee, Requisitions and Task Scheduler.
