CPA Firms Dominate Intacct Awards

Accounting firms took home most of the Sage Intacct channel awards this year. The top awards also went to repeat winners.

One CPA firm, Baker Tilly U.S. took home the Sage Intacct Partner of the Year by virtue of buying AcctTwo Shared Services earlier this year. Under its new ownership, AcctTwo snared the award for the eighth consecutive year. The VAR of the Year award went to Armanino for the eighth time. The Growth Partners of the Year were Alta Vista Technology and CliftonLarsonAllen. The Growth Partners of the Year for Deals are Dean Dorton Allen Ford and LBMC Technology Solutions. Eugene, Ore.-based Kernutt Stokes was picked as Rookie Partner of the Year because of its standout addition of new customers. The Sage Intacct Accounting Partner of the Year was outsourcer Consero Global for the fifth consecutive year

Bob Scott has provided information to the tax and accounting community since 1991, first as technology editor of Accounting Today, and from 1997 through 2009 as editor of its sister publication, Accounting Technology. He is known throughout the industry for his depth of knowledge and for his high journalistic standards.  Scott has made frequent appearances as a speaker, moderator and panelist and events serving tax and accounting professionals.
