XBRL Vendor Rivet Gets New Leaders

The late Michael Rohan, Rivet SoftwareRivet Software has raised new capital and selected new officers following the death in July of founder and CEO Michael Rohan. The Denver, Colo.-based company, which markets document management and reporting software for users with XBRL needs, has picked his widow, Madelaine Rohan, as interim CEO.

Rohan, who also founded the former FRx Software, died while visiting his home in France. His survivors include his brother, Robert Rohan, who was co-founder of FRx which they sold to Microsoft.

The company said it has a consortium of investors whose members are now part of an advisory board. Rivet's statement also said the group had provided funding, but did not state amounts.

Other officers include Scott Calvert as chief revenue officer. Calvert holds a number of business development and consulting positions with other companies, according to his linked in page.

Chris Hoar, chief visionary officer, has experience in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. Jordan Woodard, as director of XBRL Business Development, has been at Rivet since April 2010 and was named director of business development in November that year. He spent several years with the SEC and has been FASB's Director of Business Development
