In her new role, Gill will develop, analyze and align LBMC's brand with overall client experience. She will also manage education of LBMC personnel on how to improve the client experience, and set benchmarks and monitoring progress towards those goals.
Reed has extensive experience with the banking industry. She was chief marketing officer for FirstBank in Nashville from December 2000 through November 2015.
Her experience before that includes four years as Director of Marketing and SVP for
First American/AmSouth (now Regions) from 1996 through 2000.
