Bloomberg BNA Names Division Execs

Scott Mozarsky, Bloomberg BNA Bloomberg BNA has named new presidents of its Cross Platform and Legal Divisions. The company promoted Mike MacKay to become head of the Cross Platform Division, which provides marketing and live-event services to the company's clients. It also appointed Scott Mozarsky, who had run that operation, to replace David Perla as president of the Legal Division.

 


Both men report to CEO and President Greg McCaffery.

In a prepared statement, the company said Mozarsky, who was president of the Cross Platform Division, since joining the company in March 2014, was "the driving force behind the creation of its growing Cross Platform Division."

Before joining the Bloomberg BNA, Mozarsky had experience in a broad range of corporate roles. At United Business Media and its PR Newswire from April 2002 through June 2013. This included stints as EVP of M&A, chief counsel, COO, chief strategy and development officer, chief commercial officer and president.

MacKay, served as VP of the division since joining Bloomberg BNA in February 2014, having come from Bloomberg LP where he was most recently chief of staff for the office of the COO there. He was responsible for commercial operations during his prior position the Cross Platform unit.

The company said Perla, who had held his job since July 2014, left to spend more time with his family in their New York area home.
