In his new role, Shapow manages employees in the areas of cyber security, SOC compliance, internal audit, IT consulting and transaction services. He works with clients in various industries in areas which include information technology, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, business development, market strategy and executive leadership development.

Shapow was a managing director with Robert Half International from 2003 through last month.  Before that, he was partner-in-charge of IT business consulting for RSM McGladrey from January 2009 through May 2012.
