Wolters Kluwer has added Generative AI to CCH AnswerConnect. The company this week also introduced AI Labs, available by invitation only, for clients to preview beta versions of AI features in development.
WK said GenAI would enable AnswerConnect to general responses from the research platform utilizing a natural language question-and-answer function to understand information drawn from Internal Revenue Code, income tax regulations and administrative guidance.
“We're moving quickly to provide cutting edge solutions that help improve their efficiency and their workflow,” said Dean Sonderegger, SVP and GEM for Canada and Research & Learning of Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting North America.
Small firms can also use the “Ask a Question” feature within the CCH AnswerConnect U.S. Master Tax Guide Plus through which users can ask the platform questions instead of manually searching through the digitized guide.
