Intuit is offering sharply discounted pricing on add-ons for its Lacerte and ProSeries tax users under a promotion that expires on January 31. It's the first time Intuit has used this particular approach in promotional pricing, which is available only to first-time customers of each add-on purchased.
Lacerte products available for $99 each are the Trial Balance, Tax Analyzer, Tax Planner, Forms Library and e-Organizer. The Lacerte DMS and ProSeries Document Management System promotional prices are $199 each. In the ProSeries line, the Forms Library, Network Solutions, Client Organizer and Fixed Asset Manager are $99 each.
Regular first-year prices include $750 for Lacerte DMS, $655 for the Tax Planner and $475 for the Forms Library. Among regular prices for the ProSeries add-ons involved the Document Management System is $450 and the Forms Library and Network Solutions are $475 each.
For all the products with special pricing, regular renewal prices and maintenance will apply in the second year. Customers must own or purchase Lacerte or ProSeries at regular prices.
