Intuit has agreed to recommend Right Networks for users who want to have a third-party host their Lacerte and ProSeries tax applications. But as important is Intuit will provide support for hosting users.
Although some tax software users had previously used Right Networks, Intuit did not provide support on the hosting end, according to Jorge Olavarrieta, VP of product management and strategy for the Pro Connect Group, which is responsible for professional tax applications. Also, installation will be handled by Intuit’s engineering team
“Sometimes there’s give and take between what is going on with the software and what is going on with the hosting,” Olavarrieta said this week. While Intuit will recommend Right Networks, customers can choose any hosting company
