The Internal Revenue Service has introduced Fast Track Settlement, a program designed to enable small businesses undergoing an audit to settle issues. The program is designed for small businesses and self-employed individuals who are under examination by the Small Business/Self Employed Division of the IRS.

Sage is introducing an accountants edition of its cloud-based Sage One financial application this week. The debut comes as the software company is ramping up its efforts with accounting professionals through new programs and through new services and products.

Abila, the former Sage Nonprofit Solutions, has named four resellers to its first-ever President's Circle. The award winners are McGovern Consulting Group, NonProfit Technologies, JMT Consulting Group and NP Solutions. The group will be formally recognized next week at the company's first user conference, Forward Together 2013.
