 ChatbotAccounting firm EY is working with Microsoft to develop the EY Intelligent Payroll Chatbot as part of the Next Gen Payroll Platform. EY says the technology will substantially improve the accuracy of the payroll system.

EY teams have built a Large Language Model and generative AI chatbot Proof of Concept using ChatGPT In Azure OpenAI service,

According to EY’s announcement, “The generative AI chatbot is expected to enhance both employee satisfaction and first-contact-resolution key performance indictors by greater than 50 percent, assisted by an initial result of 93 percent correct first-time answer ratio, based on proof-of-concept findings.”
