Vertex SMB has signed accounting firm Wipfli as a reseller of its sales-tax software. The deal marks the continuation of the signing of high-profile CPA organizations and value-added reseller in its relatively new channel program.

As a reseller, Wipfli will market the Vertex SMB TaxCentral program to small and medium-sized business clients. This is the fourth reseller signing announced by the Berwyn, Pa.-based sales tax software vendor. This year, Wipfli has struck deals with accounting firm, McGladrey, and resellers, Cargas Systems and Net@Work. Cargas is a Microsoft and Intacct VAR, while Net@Work is a Sage reseller.
