PARSIPPANY, N.J. - Jackson Hewitt Tax Services has revealed the compensation of its chief technology officer and the VP who heads the subsidiary that operates its company-owned offices after determining that the two fall under SEC rules as named executive officers.
Danamichele Brennen, who joined the company on Dec. 3, 2007, has served as SVP and CTO since that time. She receives a base salary of $265,000 and has a performance bonus target of 50 percent of the base salary. Gary M. Small, SVP and COO of Tax Services of America, which operates the company-owned stores, joined the company on January 26 and receives an annual base salary of $257,500 with a bonus target of 75 percent of his base salary.
