Six areas of competency have been added to the professional learning and development website of the American Institute of CPAs and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. The website is designed to provide personalized approach to lifelong learning and career development.
The AICPA-CIMA Competency and Learning website provides self-assessment tools to enable professionals to analyze which skills they need for business success. Learning sources include articles, videos, publications, webcasts and online courses.
The competencies recntly added were personal financial planning, forensic and valuation services, firm practice management, fair value measurement, and IT management and assurance
