Abila has extended its Client Success Services to serve associations that use its nonprofit software products. The Austin, Texas-based company says the services are designed for users of Abila netForum Enterprise and netForum Pro.
Bethany Little, Abila's VP of Client Services, says consultants are not just software experts, but understand their customers' businesses with the service team including individuals who know membership strategy, software configuration and business analysis.
Consultants can conduct a technical audit and inventory to to review an organization's netFORUM instance, customizations, and integrations. They can also act as outsourced technical resources that can extend organization's in-house capabilities.
Abila consultants and their partner network can also perform tasks such as creating and running custom queries, performing utilizations reviews and delivering continued training for employees.
The team can also offer custom project planning and retained project management to address unique customizations and complex configurations during a netForum Enterprise upgrade.
