cch small firm servicesTax professionals who use ATX or TaxWise tax software can provide clients with automatic notifications about the status of their tax returns and refunds via e-mail or text messages. The capability is provided through the cooperation of CCH Small Firm Services, which makes the software, and Versicom Communication. The new service is called Toll-Free Tax Infoline Plus and provides the alert capability while also giving clients access to a website and a toll-free number in order to check return and refund status.
