Yearli, a federal, state and recipient W-2 and 1099 reporting platform, can generate, file, print and mail all related forms. The cloud-base system comes with three options—Core, Performance, and Desktop—which provide different function and pricing levels.
Suited for business with a small number of forms to file, the free Core system leads companies through the process to meet all filing requirements. Benefits include federal filing, state reporting, print and mail and online delivery for recipients, expert help, quarterly filing, data import and guaranteed last-day filing compliance.
The Performance edition offers tax identification number matching or can serve firms that need to file additional 1099 form types in an expanded forms library. This version also provides Enhanced Expert support and volume discounts on form filing.
Yearli Desktop, aimed at those with large filing volume offers software that can be downloaded to a firm's computer. In addition to features available with performance, Desktop can import prior-year data via Excel/CSV or QuickBooks file. There is free bulk TIN matching, the ability to print forms from a firm's office in many different formats with blank or preprinted forms and automatic data checking and decimal placement
Desktop also has a complete 94x form library with e-filing for 940, 941, and 944, a state unemployment and withholding form library and the ability to easily reconcile and get data back into a software program
