Version 9 of Imagine Time’s Practice Management Solutions incorporates a Document Management system module, whose setup wizard guides users through selections in order to customize folders. An integrated utility can scan tax records and save them to a specific folder or folders. Folders files can be dragged and dropped into client folders and keywords can be assigned at the same time for later retrieval.

The system also offer Time and Billing, Due Date Management, and Contact Management.Forecasting and budgeting tools are included in the time management and contact management modules. Due Date Monitoring tracks deadlines and incorporates task management options for scheduling task, tax form and engagement or project.work for staff. Reports are available to  compare budgeted and actual hours by task, tax form and engagement or project.
