CapinCrouse, an Indianapolis, Ind.-based CPA firm, has named three partners. The firm, which specializes in working with nonprofit clients, has promoted Daren Daiga, Chris Purnell, and Logan Sharrett to partner effective this month.

The Internal Revenue Service has expanded the use of voice bots to help verify taxpayers their identifies to set up or modify a payment plan. 

 The Maryland Association of CPAs has named staff member Rebekah J. Brown, CPA, as its next president and CEO. She will succeed Jackie Brown, who is retiring on June 30.
