Xero will retire its project management software WorkflowMax and sold the brand to BlueRock. The latter company will offer a new WorkflowMax by BlueRock, with similar functionality.
The current WorkflowMax, which Xero acquired in 2012, will exit the market in June with Blue Roci’s verision available early next year. Once released, the software will be available from BlueRock or through the Xero App Store.
After BlueRock’s version hits the market, Xero will have a revenue sharing agreement for the new product.
