Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting reported revenue of $1.1 billion for the first half ended. June 30, a 5 percent increase over last year’s corresponding period.
North American business comprised 62 percent of divisional revenue with 7 percent organic growth. Divisional growth was driven by double-digit organic growth in the CCH Axcess Suite. The rate of growth was dampened by slower growth in recurring on-premise software revenue.
Revenue for the Corporate division rose 7 percent to $348 million and was also up 7 percent in constant currency and organic revenue.
Company revenue rose to $3.1 billion, an increase of 6 percent over last year’s corresponding period and also up the same percentage in constant currency and organic growth.
