Thomson Reuters has added new staff management and scheduling capabilities to the Practice CS Staff Management Module that provide more precise control over scheduling and prioritizing assignments.This includes an Assignment tab for assigning work to specific staff members by dragging and dropping unassigned, scheduled items.
There are also new Schedules and Schedule Items tabs that let users drag and drop items onto staff calendars to have Practice CS automatically schedule them. The tab also enables users to schedule a particular item for multiple dates and times. New Urgent tabs allow users to define specific items as urgent.The software also now has Infotips, which makes it easier to view staff information such as qualifications and availability for a scheduled item.
