Jack Lynch, a member of the Wolters Kluwer executive board, is leaving the company to take a job as CEO of a U.S. company. As a member of that board he has been one of the top three executives of the parent of CCH. Lynch joined the company in 2006 and became a member of its executive board in April 2007.
For the last six years, he has had a major role in leading Wolters Kluwer's shared services. He also led the execution of Springboard, the company's operational excellence program which was completed at the end of 2011. Wolters Kluwer did not identify Lynch's new employer, which it said is in the software and information industry. Lynch will remain with Wolters Kluwer until next month.
