AccuFund Introduces Version 4.04


AccuFund logoVersion 4.04 of the AccuFund Accounting Suite introduces the Task Scheduler module for scheduling reports to run and documents to print at a specific time or on a recurring basis. With the new module, users can offload the processing of reports to off-peak hours. Financial reports and standard reports in any module can be scheduled.

Payroll has been enhanced to provide Internet-based Time Clocks connected directly to Payroll or the Employee Portal. The system supports use of proximity card or a biometric reader that scans fingerprints so that employees can login and enter their time and job codes. The module also now automatically accrues accrual at month's end when a payroll period overlaps the next month or year.

A new Accounts Receivable feature added in the Cash Receipts module enable users to make payment to an invoice to be applied in full or on a line item basis. Remaining line items on the invoice would then be included in a new invoice. This feature benefits social service agencies with
