For example, one TaxAlmanac poster said ATX had always been easy to use, but this year's version was "poor quality". Another termed the 2012 version a disaster. Another said that many of those complaining have happily used ATX for years. Posters on the site are identified by screen names only.

CCH Prepares Statement on ATX
CCH Small Firm Services said it would have a statement today about the performance its ATX tax package. That response followed an inquiry to the company after an Intuit Facebook page suggested that there had been a number of reported problems with theCCH tax software, just as there has been with TaxWorks.
The Intuit post asked for reports of problems with the two software packages. TaxWorks complaints have been numerous on that company's website and on the Facebook page of its parent company, RedGear Technologies. ATX is drawing a number of complaints on the tax discussion board of Intuit's Taxalamanc.org
