There is no need to download an app or enter login informationAmong enhancements is the Client View Feature to provide secure KnolwedgeConnect access to clients and select content they are authorized to see. Users can also now identify favorite items and save them. Specific articles, searches and contacts can be organized as favorite items for future use.
Users can also now write and store information in Wiki form, enabling them to add notes, summaries and thoughts for colleagues and clients to retrieve and comment. Permissions can be also extended for those who can edit or delete articles within KnowledgeConnect as well as allowing them to sort results by a variety of parameters.
