BNA Fixed Assets Web Updated

Bloomberg BNABNA Fixed Assets Web software has been updated to reflect provisions of the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014. Version 2015.0 incorporates the impact of the tax extender legislation, including accelerated depreciation of certain business property (bonus depreciation) and Form 4626 (alternative minimum tax)

Also updated are provisions under Section 179; the increased expensing allowance for business assets; computer software; and qualified real property.

Among the cloud-based product's capabilities are multi-company sharing of report configurations, currencies, exchange rates, user-defined asset fields, asset types and filters; mass additions, disposals, transfers, and modifications capabilities; and enhanced security policy administration with access control at the user, group, and company level.

Expanded roles capabilities aid in supervision of enterprise-wide and company access management. Dynamics coding is based on a company's chart of accounts with user-defined key segment identifiers. Recent enhancements also include improved journal entry management reporting on all asset disposals, transfers, acquisitions and adjustments. The system protects data via Period Close functionality to set hard close dates for one or more companies at a time.

Price: Starts at $2,888. BloombergBNA: (800) 424-2938 (option 3); http://www.bnasoftware.com/Products/BNA_Fixed_Assets_Solutions/
