Accounting firm Baker Tilly Virchow Krause has hired Brian Francese as a partner in ITS commercial practice. In his new position, he will lead phases of audit and attest engagements including audits of annual consolidated financial statements, internal controls and other agreed-upon procedures.
Francese was with PWC from September 2006 until April this year. He was a senior manager from July 2017 through March 2019 in different areas of the firm. For his last two months with PCW, he was Director and Chief Auditor within the firm’s Private Company Service, Assurance practice.
