ADP Sales Leader to Retire

Automatic Data Processing says Thomas J. Perrotti, president of worldwide sales and marketing, will retire on June 30. Perrotti has been replaced as president by Maria Black, president, small business solutions and human resources outsourcing, effective February 27. .

 Perrotti, who joined the company in September 1993, assumed his current position in January 2017. He will continue to serve as corporate office in the transition period.

Black, who joined the payroll services company in September 1995, has also held her current position since January 2017. She has led TotalSource, ADP’s Professional Employer Organization since July 2014. She was managing director from April 2013 through July 2014 and before that spent 16 years, eight months as general manager of ADP’s West Central Region.

He is known throughout the industry for his depth of knowledge and for his high journalistic standards.  Scott has made frequent appearances as a speaker, moderator and panelist and events serving tax and accounting professionals. He  has a strong background in computer journalism as an editor with two former trade publications, Computer+Software News and MIS Week and spent several years with weekly and daily newspapers in Morris County New Jersey prior to that.  A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in journalism, Bob is a native of Madison, Ind
