Zoho Launches BackToWork

Zoho has launched a modular system, BackToWork, which is designed to help businesses move their personnel back into officesThe cloud software is free for the rest of 2020.

Among the modules is Safe Entry via which business can define multiple buildings and locations and control facility access based on employee wellness and travel history utilizing a contactless end-to-end check-in system through generated QR codes.

Using Employee Wellness Assessment employees submit a wellness questionnaire reporting travel history, recent medical history and other pertinent possible exposure history. With Maintenance and Assets, employers can define and manage assets and building maintenance 

The Admin Control panel has pre-configured dashboards that provide a view of workplace data with employers able to add and manage employees and define roles for tasks such as approvals and emergency contacts.

There are also modules for managing Volunteer programs and Communications while Travel Management module is planned, as are integrations with video conferencing platforms.

Organizations can tailor modules to their needs through use of Zoho Creator. It is currently available in English, French, Japanese, Chinese and Arabic and will be soon available in Spanish, Portuguese and German. It can be integrated with HR products such as Zoho People and BambooHR and is accessible progressive web app, iOS and Android.
