NetSuite reseller and Workday Adaptive Planning partner, Upaya-The Solution, has been acquired by accounting firm Crowe. The deal for Upaya, based in Palo Alto, Calif., is expected to be completed on October 1.
Terms of the were not disclosed.
Crowe was No. 9 on Bob Scott’s Top 100 VAR list for 2021 with $93.3 million and 580 employees. The firm would not provide revenue figures or number of employees for Upaya. Upaya has at least the 42 employees connected to its LinkedIn profile and various Internet services had a wide range of figures with one estimating 114 employees and $30 million in employees
Upaya’s website says it has implemented NetSuite more than 750 times. Upaya was founded by Bhavna and Kapil Agarwal in 2006. Bhavana Agarwal is joining Crowe as a principal and Kapil Agarwal as managing director.
Upaya is involved in several industries including software, financial services, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, education, nonprofit, retail, sports and healthcare.
