Intuit has rolled out a desktop version of its QuickBooks Online Advanced applications. QBO Advanced for Windows is a free add-on for cloud-based users.
Intuit describes the software as “a new option for accessing your account with exciting new features, especially if you access QuickBooks multiple times per day or have more than one Advanced account. “
The Windows app gives users the ability to sign in and remain signed in for six months unless they sign out manually. That means they do not have to sign in via a web browser several times a day.
In addition, users receive the option of using a navigation map similar to the one in QB desktop. They can also access multiple companies simultaneously instead of having to reload each company
